wellbeing pop-up
At the beginning of August, the Power House Poole set up a pop-up in Poole as part of the BCP Festival Coast Live 2021 event. We had a very relaxing day offering wellbeing sessions to those that passed by our pop-up gazebo! Rachel Huggett kindly offered a sensory art workshop with music and aromatherapy oils. Massages with essential oils were also provided by Tash Kenworthy, alongside story welling with Mandie Jenkins. Upton Bay Care Home along came along to talk about dealing with dementia.
